Care & Washing Instructions

Yes, NECO Bags are machine washable and dryer friendly!

For everyday cleaning:

  1. Turn the bag inside out and shake out any crumbs.
  2. Machine wash with like colors.
  3. Tumble dry or hang dry.

Hanging to dry can help extend the life of your bags, but they're designed to handle the dryer when real life calls for it.

For best results: Avoid fabric softener. Use non-chlorine bleach if needed.

NECO reusable food bags are made for everyday use and have been tested through 300+ washes.

Free U.S. shipping on orders $40+!

Orders under $40 ship for a flat $5 rate within the U.S. Free shipping eligibility is based on your order subtotal after discounts and before taxes.

Orders typically ship via USPS within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

Returns

We want you to love your NECO Bags. If something isn’t right, please reach out—we’re happy to help.

Returns of eligible items are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition. Please contact hello@necobags.com before sending anything back for return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not offer exchanges. Custom orders and Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

Holiday Returns: Shopping early for the holidays? Eligible online purchases made October 1–December 24 may be returned through January 15 of the following year.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.
