Refund policy
If you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out (contact here). If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, whether made online or in-person, I kindly ask that you contact me within 5 days of receiving your order or the date of in-person purchase. We can discuss potential options for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Please note that all returns or exchanges must be approved before being shipped back. Depending on the situation, I may request photographs to assess the condition of the items being returned. Refunds will only be processed once I receive the returned item and confirm its original condition. Please make sure that all carefully packaged return items are received within 20 days after approval.
Please be aware that refunds will only be issued via the original payment method used during purchase.
Unfortunately, custom orders and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
In case of a return or exchange, the customer will bear the shipping charges. The original shipping cost paid for the item will not be included in the refund.
Please also note that a restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price will be deducted from the final refund amount.
