Shipping policy

I dispatch all orders through USPS within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends, upon receipt of payment. For custom orders, the shipping timeline may extend and will be communicated before approval and purchase.

Each shipment is assigned a USPS tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your package is on its way. Please note that USPS may experience slower shipping times, particularly during major holidays, which could delay delivery. We appreciate your patience and encourage you to monitor the provided tracking information for updates.

Please note that buyers are liable for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We cannot be held accountable for delays due to customs.

Shipping Address Errors
I urge you to verify your shipping address before placing an order. I do not replace, refund, or credit orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your package is returned to me, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges if you request a reshipment. If you need to update an address before your item is shipped, please contact me immediately. Once your package has been shipped with USPS, I cannot alter the destination. I will reship your order once I have received payment for the re-shipping charges.

Missing, Mis-Delivered or Undelivered Packages
If your tracked package is significantly delayed, please contact me immediately so I can liaise with USPS on your behalf. It typically takes 3-5 business days to receive a response from USPS. I do not issue refunds, credits, or replacements for packages that are lost in transit, mis-delivered, or marked “Delivered” but not received. Occasionally, USPS may prematurely mark packages as “Delivered” - they usually arrive within 24 hours.

If this is not the case, please contact your local Post Office to verify that your package was delivered to the correct address. You can also request GPS coordinates at the time of delivery. Once a package is marked “Delivered,” I have no further information available. If mail theft is suspected, please report it to the Postmaster General and file a theft report with your local police department.

Damaged Items Policy:
I regret to inform you that I am unable to offer refunds, replacements, or credit for items that are damaged during the package opening process. I kindly request that you exercise extra caution when opening your package. And be extremely careful with scissors or sharp blades.

If, unfortunately, your items arrive damaged in transit, please take the following steps:

  2. Provide Photographic Evidence: To expedite the resolution process, please provide clear photographic evidence of both the damaged package and its contents.
  3. Next Steps: Once I receive the necessary documentation, I will formulate an appropriate plan to address the issue.
